The trek begins with a drive from Kathmandu to Dharapani, a key access point to the Annapurna Circuit. From Dharapani, you trek through picturesque villages and varied terrain, gradually gaining altitude as you head towards the Nar and Phu Valleys. The trail offers stunning views of the Himalayas and encounters with traditional Tibetan cultures.

Key highlights include the challenging Kangla Pass (5,300 meters), which separates the Nar and Phu Valleys, and the chance to explore ancient villages and monasteries. The trek is known for its remote and rugged beauty, combined with rich cultural experiences and the warm hospitality of the local people.

Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu. Transfer to Hotel. Overnight stay with BB (Bed and Breakfast) plan.

Day 02: Explore Kathmandu Valley’s World Heritage Sites. Prepare for the trek. Overnight at Hotel with BB plan.

Day 03: Drive from Kathmandu via Beshisar to Dharapani (1,865m). Approximately 8-9 hours. Overnight at Mountain Lodge (Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner included).

Day 04: Trek from Dharapani to Koto (2,670m). Approximately 6-7 hours. Overnight at Mountain Lodge (Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner included).

Day 05: Trek from Koto to Meta (3,560m). Approximately 6 hours. Overnight at Mountain Lodge (Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner included).

Day 06: Trek from Meta to Kyang (3,820m). Approximately 4-5 hours. Overnight at Mountain Lodge (Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner included).

Day 07: Trek from Kyang to Phu Village (4,085m). Approximately 4-5 hours. Overnight at Mountain Lodge (Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner included).

Day 08: Rest day for exploration of Phu Village or a visit to Himlung Base Camp. Overnight at Mountain Lodge (Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner included).

Day 09: Trek from Phu to Narphedi (3,490m). Approximately 5-6 hours. Overnight at Mountain Lodge (Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner included).

Day 10: Trek from Narphedi to Nar (4,117m). Approximately 4 hours. Overnight at Mountain Lodge (Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner included).

Day 11: Trek from Nar via Kangla Pass (5,300m) to Ngwal (3,660m). Approximately 7-8 hours. Overnight at Mountain Lodge (Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner included).

Day 12: Trek from Ngwal to Chame (2,675m). Approximately 7-8 hours. Overnight at Mountain Lodge (Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner included).

Day 13: Drive from Chame to Beshisar. Overnight at Hotel (2,600m) with Dinner included.

Day 14: Drive from Beshisar to Kathmandu or Pokhara, depending on the group’s preference. Overnight at Hotel with BB plan.

Day 15: Rest day for shopping or personal activities. Overnight at Hotel with BB plan.

Day 16: Final departure.
